Policy & terms

* If purchasing online and choosing to ship a rock or mineral, it will be well wrapped and protected. However, some pieces are incredibly fragile, and may have a small chip or piece fracture. We will do our best to ensure absolutely no damage occurs during shipping.

* In the unlikely event a rock or mineral arrives damaged, you must email us within 24 hours of delivery so we can offer a replacement piece to make it right. Email us at Contact@PanhandleRocks.com . Be sure to include a picture of the rock or mineral next to the packaging. Please include a second picture focusing on the damage.

* Unless otherwise noted, the rock and/or mineral you are purchasing online is the exact piece you will receive!

* Please note, different minerals may show up slightly different under different light sources. Our pictures are taken indoors, most using a light box for illumination purposes.

* If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to call before purchasing. We are more than happy to assist in anyway possible!

* All sales are final, no exceptions. ** If you are in the Pensacola area, we highly recommend coming by and checking out our collection in person. Pictures do not do proper justice to the beauty of these pieces!
